For the first time, in a really long time..I’m honestly happy. NOTHING went wrong today, nothing really pissed me off today, I didn’t cry today, I had the best day I could of possibly had, and I’m so glad. I hope everyday is like this for the rest...
It is my general policy, I guess you could call it, to only allow myself to like someone just a bit less than they like me. It’s upsetting when my caution is overridden by my heart. It never ends well. And then all the words I’d hoped to never have to say become thick on my tongue, heavy like a broken promise.
